* Wild Fennel & Wild Onion LASAGNA with Summer Savory (the pasta handmade by our line cook, Chris Christian, who lived and worked in Italy)
* Salad of WHITE ASPARAGUS, Radicchio, and Crispy Chickpeas (with the first Herbfarm edible tulip petals of the spring season)
* TIRAMISU with Herbfarm Lemon Verbena Whipped Cream
